Marcie HALE

Marcie Hale is currently a PhD student at UCLA, studying procedural justice in models of group conflict resolution. The dissertation she wrote is especially focused on procedural justice for Indigenous Peoples. Her MA is in urban planning/regional development and her BA in international development.

She currently works with the organization, Mediators Beyond Borders International. In the past, she worked with Liberty Hill Foundation in Los Angeles on a citywide environmental justice campaign.

She is interested in discovering ways in which society can be transformed through conflict.
